Our Media Day Experience is designed exclusively for schools and universities — a full-day session that combines professionalism with creativity. The goal is to capture each athlete’s essential portrait for official school use while also providing a fun, high-energy creative experience that showcases team spirit and individual personality. From classic poses to bold, expressive shots, every moment is crafted to highlight pride, confidence, and school identity.


What this package includes:

  • Up to 3 Hour Session (Additional Hours - $50 each)
  • 4 Images Per Athlete - *This packages covers up to 10 athletes

This package offers the full creative Media Day Experience. With bold, dramatic lighting and a focus on showcasing personality, each player is captured in a powerful and memorable way. Designed for athletes who want a bold, standout experience, this session goes beyond the basics. With creative direction and the option for dramatic lighting, it captures personality, confidence, and intensity — giving your athlete images that feel powerful, unique, and unforgettable.

What's Next?


Consultation

Let’s connect to talk about your brand, your business, and how you want to show up visually. We’ll discuss the purpose of your shoot — whether it’s personal branding, product photography, or team headshots — and tailor the session to fit.


Booking

To reserve your date and time, a 50% retainer is required. Payment can be made online or via Zelle, Venmo, or CashApp. The balance is due the day before your session.


Planning the Shoot

I’ll help plan your session around your brand colors, story, and intended use (website, social, print, etc.). You'll receive a prep guide to help with outfit ideas and logistics. Studio sessions or on-location options are available.


During the Shoot

Expect a professional, collaborative experience. I’ll direct poses while also capturing authentic, lifestyle-driven content that communicates your brand message.


Gallery Delivery

Images are delivered within 10-14 business days. Expedited delivery is available upon request (rush fee or $50 applies).


Travel

Travel outside of the Dublin, GA area (20+ miles) will include an additional travel fee based on mileage.

Important FYIs?


Time Power

Please arrive on-site and game-day ready at least 15 minutes before your scheduled time. This ensures we can start promptly and keep the flow of the session running smoothly. A $20 late fee will be applied for delays over 15 minutes unless prior arrangements are made.


Game-Ready Prep

Come prepared with your essentials — clean uniforms, gear, props (balls, bats, helmets, etc.), and team accessories. For individual portraits, athletes should bring items for quick touch-ups (brush/comb, sweat towel, or makeup if needed) to stay photo-ready throughout the session.


Cancellations

Deposits are non-refundable. However, with 72-hour advance notice, your payment can be applied to a rescheduled session. Same-day cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiting the deposit entirely.
