Consultation
We’ll schedule a detailed consultation (phone or Zoom) to discuss your timeline, shot list, event flow, and personal preferences. This helps us tailor the coverage to the moments that matter most.
Booking
To secure your date, a 50% non-refundable retainer is required. Payment can be submitted through credit/debit, Zelle, CashApp, or Venmo. Final payment is due 3 days before your event.
Timeline Planning
I’ll help build or review your photography timeline so we can ensure everything from the first look to the final dance is covered beautifully.
Event Day
With a documentary-meets-editorial style, I’ll be present, yet unobtrusive — capturing the big moments and the in-between magic. Need a portrait booth or second shooter? Let’s talk details.
Gallery Delivery
Wedding and event galleries are delivered within 3–4 weeks. Preview images are often shared within a few days.
Travel
Events 20+ miles outside of Dublin, GA will incur a travel fee. Additional fees may apply for extended travel or overnight accommodations.
Important FYIs?
Timeliness is Key
Photography coverage begins promptly at your scheduled time. I recommend assigning someone from your team or bridal party as the point of contact to help keep the day flowing. If additional hours are needed, they can be added (based on availability) for an additional fee.
Prepared for the Day
Pack any key accessories you want photographed (invites, heirlooms, rings, shoes, etc.) and have them ready upon arrival. We’ll also discuss these details during your planning consultation to ensure nothing gets missed.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Weddings and events require a 50% retainer, which is non-refundable. Should the event need to be rescheduled due to weather, emergencies, or illness, we'll apply the retainer to a new date (pending availability). Cancellations made with less than 14 days’ notice may result in full balance charges depending on the scope of the booking.
