Consultation

We’ll briefly chat via phone or email to discuss your vision, outfit ideas, location preferences, and the best time of day to shoot. I want to make sure I’m the right fit for your vision — and help you feel confident and prepared.


Booking

Secure your date with a 50% retainer upfront via online credit card payment, Venmo, CashApp, Zelle. The remainder is due on the day before the session.


Location & Styling

You’re welcome to suggest a location or I can recommend one that complements your vision. Feel free to send any visual inspiration (like a Pinterest board!). Final locations must be confirmed at least 2 days in advance to ensure I can scout and prepare properly.


Session Day

Expect a fun, relaxed experience. I’ll guide you through poses while also capturing genuine, candid moments. If you’re nervous in front of the camera — don’t worry, I’ve got you!


Gallery Delivery & Prints

Your edited gallery will be delivered within 14 days via an online link where you can download and share your images with ease. When your online gallery is delivered via email, you will be able to order prints from an online shop. These include canvases, framed prints, standout prints, and much more.


Travel

Travel beyond 20 miles from Dublin, GA (31021) will include a travel fee. Let’s chat more during your consultation if your location is outside this range.

Important FYIs?


Efficiency

Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled start time. We always want to maximize the experience, and we cannot extend the time of the session if you are late. Of course, certain circumstances may be out of your control. In these cases, we are willing to accommodate if possible. A $20 late fee will be applied to your balance if you are more than 15 minutes.


Preparation

Feel free to bring anything that may hold significance to you. A small bag/tote to put any loose items in while you're being photographed. I.E- water, phone, keys, wallet, comb, etc. Bring a sweat rag, water, hair brush and a little hairspray with you to handle last minute fly-aways, and a few make up essentials for any needed touch-ups right before the session.


Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to make the photo session, all deposits will act as a cancellation fee. 72 hours of advance notice of cancellation is required in order to credit the deposit towards a future session. If the session is due to bad weather a full refund will be issued.
